Our Mission

is to provide a fun, inclusive, and vibrant sober-fun social setting, where the focus is on building friendships, promoting good health and safety, and enjoying all the fantastic activities our community has to offer. ClubFree is an initiative of the Park City Community Foundation and the Summit County Mental Wellness Alliance as part of the Summit County Mental Wellness Strategic Plan approved by the councils of Summit County and Park City Councils.

CLUBFREE Began

As a community mental wellness initiative.

with the objective to mitigate social isolation among individuals grappling with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. We wanted to provide an alternative to traditional bar scenes and foster interaction in a space where alcohol isn't served. However, our community quickly expanded to welcome others seeking a social experience free of alcohol, even without battling substance abuse problems.

Our gatherings are about connections and conversations, often accompanied by live DJs, non-alcoholic beverages, and light snacks - all free of charge. We are looking forward to exploring opportunities for more live entertainment, including free performances and jam sessions with local musicians.

With CLUBFREE

you can enjoy all that our town has to offer - dine on Main Street, attend concerts, hike, ski, bike the Tour des Suds, laugh at the PC Folies, experience the Sundance Film Festival, stroll through our exquisite art galleries, cheer at the Running of the Balls, play golf, attend fundraisers, and so much more. All this, completely FREE from substances.

Our Community

Welcomes anyone 21 and older, whatever your reasons for not drinking...

whether you are on a cleanse, in recovery, sober curious, just taking a break, or simply prefer to never touch the stuff. We welcome everyone, including NDDs (non-drinking drinkers), who are seeking to connect socially in a alcohol-free environment.

CLUBFREE Embraces Three Key Concepts:

An Organization

We are a group of Summit County residents who share a wide range of interests and the common bond that we can do it all, just without alcohol.

A Destination

We gather at a variety of locations, including restaurants, galleries, and mountain resorts.

An Attitude

We celebrate the freedom to enjoy ourselves and each other without the social pressure or need to use alcohol.

ClubFree is not about making righteous statements against drinking, and certainly not looking to bring back Prohibition! We aim to enhance the sober-fun culture in Summit County and to introduce people to adventures that don't revolve around alcohol.

"It is a place you can relax without the pressures of alcohol. There is also good food, drink, people, and music at Clubfree"
